Destresss needed to create an immediate, accessible bridge between users and mental wellness resources. The primary objective was to develop a multi-functional mobile application that transcends traditional static content by offering live interaction. This platform required capabilities for real-time communication, secure transactions, and scalable user management to support both crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic journeys. 

Technical Architecture & Development
The application leverages Flutter's cross-platform capabilities to ensure consistent performance across iOS and Android devices. Our technical implementation features several key components:

• Backend Infrastructure: Firebase handles authentication, real-time data through Firestore, and cloud storage

• Communication Core: WebRTC technology enables high-quality voice and video calls

• Payment System: Integrated Razorpay and UPI for secure transactions

• Notification Engine: OneSignal delivers reliable push alerts

• State Management: Provider pattern ensures predictable app behavior
