At Sparkzont IT Services, we value our clients and strive to deliver exceptional results. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for services purchased from Sparkzont.
1. Service Confirmation
Services are initiated only after confirmation via written agreement, proposal approval, or advance payment. Once a project has started, resources are allocated, and any cancellation may result in partial or no refund as described below.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Project Start: Clients may request cancellation within 3 working days of making the advance payment. A 10% cancellation fee (or minimum processing fee) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- After Project Initiation: Once project work has commenced, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a full refund. Charges will apply for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Digital Marketing & SEO Services: Monthly or recurring service packages cannot be canceled mid-term. Clients may discontinue from the next billing cycle by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to renewal.
3. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services: Domain registration, hosting, third-party licenses, ad spends, and consultancy fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Project-Based Services: Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed for unutilized portions of the project after deducting the cost of completed work and administrative expenses.
- Service Dissatisfaction: In the event of dissatisfaction, clients must notify Sparkzont in writing within 7 working days of service delivery. Sparkzont will review the case and provide a resolution — such as revision, replacement, or partial refund — at its sole discretion.
4. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Force Majeure
Sparkzont shall not be liable for refunds due to delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, system failures, or third-party service disruptions.
